This page is for attenders of Living Hope Church and Cedarcreek Church to register to participate in all our Connection Days events (including meals and volunteer work happening at our church building).

If you are only participating in the potluck and door hanger distribution on Wednesday night, you don’t need to fill out the form. No need to sign up for the Wednesday night – just come, and bring a dish to share if you plan to join in for the potluck.
Connection Days is our annual “mission trip” to Rochester! Join us for two evenings and two full days of service, outreach, fun, and connection with God and with one another. The cost for teens/adults is $42, Children ages 6-12 are $10, while children ages 0-5 are free.
Here’s an overview of the schedule:
- Pre-Connection-Days Wednesday night potluck (August 6th) – 5:45pm, followed by door hanger distribution at 6:30 (ln lieu of our First Wednesday prayer night)
- Thursday night kickoff and prayer (dessert will be served) – 6:30pm
- Friday Schedule:
- Breakfast (8am), Lunch (noon), Dinner (about 5pm) at the church building
- All day projects, evangelism, service, fun
- Friday evening: Kids Olympics at the park
- Saturday: Similar schedule with Neighborhood Carnival at Manor Park starting at 6pm
After you fill out the form, you will have an opportunity to pay online, or a payment can be made to the offering box at Living Hope on Sunday mornings. Please label any payments with your name and a note that it is for Connection Days.
Please note any food allergies in the box at the bottom of the form. You can also use this box to note if some members of your family will participate at different times (for example, if some family members will be present the whole time, while another will miss some portions due to work or other commitments).
